The housing of the Two high reversing mill adopts casting processing, which has compact structure, high stiffness, light weight and with easy adjustment.
The roller adopts four rows of short cylindrical roller and deep groove ball bearing to bear radial and axial forces. Hydraulic cylinder balance is adopted between the upper and lower rollers. In the rolling process, the Two high reversing mill runs smoothly with small impact which is conducive to the rolling.
The upper roller can adjust the position of the inclined wedge through the spiral elevator for axial adjustment, and the hydraulic cylinder is locked after adjustment.
Pressing device of the Two high reversing mill adopts motor pressing. The screw-down device is continuously completed by worm gear, worm and screw-down screw. Drive side and operation side can be pressed separately and simultaneously.
The housing moves back and forth on the clamping base rail by the wheel, keeping the rolling line unchanged.
The frame is propelled by a hydraulic cylinder and controlled by a displacement sensor.
