The working stand of the Housingless rolling Mill is composed of roll seam adjusting device, roll assembly, tie rod assembly, guide beam assembly, and base assembly, etc

Roll seam adjustment device of the Housingless rolling Mill: hydraulic motor or manual drive two worm gear pair or a worm gear pair plus a gear pair.

Roll assembly: Use two plates of four-row cylindrical roller bearings to bear the rolling radial force, and one plate of double-row thrust bearing or one plate of double-row angular contact bearing to bear the axial force of the roll.  The upper roll is equipped with an axial adjusting mechanism of worm and worm gear for adjusting the axial position of the upper roll.

Pull rod assembly: there are two kinds of structure with external elastic damping body balance structure or bearing seat built-in dished spring balance structure.

Guide beam assembly: manually rotate the screw drive nut with the guide seat to move horizontally, which is convenient to align the roll pass.

Base assembly: welding structure frame.
