Horizontal and Vertical Rolling Mill

Horizontal and Vertical Rolling Mill is used as finishing mill in bar production line.

The equipment of Horizontal/Vertical Rolling Mill includes: main motor of the rolling mill, combined reducer, drive shaft assembly, shaft coupling bracket, working stand of the rolling mill, rotating device of the rolling mill, bevel gear reducer, and clutch, etc.

Rolling mill working stand, drive shaft assembly, shaft coupling bracket, combined reducer and bevel gear reducer are installed on the rolling mill rotating device. Two bases of the rolling mill rotating device are installed on the bottom surface. The middle rotating frame in the hydraulic cylinder drive rotating device of Horizontal/Vertical Rolling Mill reverse to achieve the horizontal and vertical working state. One end of the clutch is connected with the main motor of Horizontal/Vertical Rolling Mill on the ground; The other end of the clutch is connected with the combined reducer in the horizontal state of the rolling mill, and connected with the bevel gear reducer in the vertical state respectively.
