Rolling Mill Housing

The housing is processed after cutting with thick steel plate.  The lower roll is equipped with adjusting gasket group.  The upper roll adjusts the distance between the upper and lower rolls without load through worm gear driving device.  Roll bearings of the Housing Mill are four row short cylindrical roller bearings to bear rolling force, double row angular contact ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings to bear axial force.  Roll balance adopts hydraulic balance.  The roller change of horizontal rolling mill is realized by pushing the roller change trolley in the frame with hydraulic cylinder, and the roller change of vertical rolling mill is realized by lifting out the special equipment spreader.  The hydraulic cylinder is used to drive the horizontal rolling mill frame to move horizontally, and the motor vortex and worm gear auxiliary lift is used to drive the vertical rolling mill to lift up and down.  The connection form of the horizontal roll and the vertical roll is different and cannot be exchanged.

The press down device of the Housing Mill is built in the housing, which is driven by hydraulic motor or manual.

The locking mechanism of the Housing Mill frame is opened by disc spring locking hydraulic pressure.
