Equipment composition:
Sizing Machine of rolling mill is composed of a set of sizing baffle, mobile trolley, vertical shaft and beam. Sizing baffle and trolley can be moved on the rail beam to meet different measuring requirements. The sizing baffle has a reversible structure. When the sizing is needed, the sizing baffle is turned down to the roll surface of the roller table to block the rolling parts. After the shearing is completed, the baffle tilts backward along the direction of the rolling piece and let the rolling piece passes through.
Sizing Machine of rolling mill includes a complete set of equipment such as support, moving trolley track, positioning tooth plate, moving trolley and sizing baffle, hydraulic and lubricating system.
Moving mode: motor drives trolley to move. Both sides of the sizing baffle are designed for fine adjustment, such as lead screw adjustment. The stiffness of the sizing baffle should be high, considering shock absorption and adjustability.
The crankshaft rotates so that the rack on the side of the trolley engages with the rack on the support of the sizing machine, thus locking the trolley.
Using the hand wheel to adjust the worm to drive the worm wheel to rotate, so as to adjust the trolley and crankshaft before and after the position, thus eliminate the size error between the top rack positioning and sizing.
Its walking mechanism adopts electric walking. It is equipped with the absolute value encoder to detect position.
The motor of the trolley adopts frequency conversion motor.
