Purpose: Single Station Roller Changing Manipulator is used for replacing two-roll short stress rolling mill roll. Single Station Roller Changing Manipulator is suitable for the low efficiency roll replacement with relatively compact operation site. Each rolling mill should be equipped with one set of Single Station Roller Changing Manipulator.
Structure: Fixed and welded structure of the roller device support the roll and confine the movement of the roll. A removable trolley which is driven by hydraulic cylinders on the operating side and transmission side of the roll assembly can separate or assemble the bearing seat from the roll quickly.
