Location: Rolling Mill Cold Shear is located at the outlet roller table of the cooling bed.
Structure: Rolling Mill Cold Shear is double eccentric pendulum shear; shearing mechanism is fixed by the eccentric shaft on the base; the upper shear mechanism is fixed by the eccentric shaft on the base; the upper shear mechanism is driven by the eccentric shaft; and the lower part of the shear mechanism is driven by a crank connecting rod, which swings simultaneously during shearing.

Purpose: Rolling Mill Cold Shear is used to to cut the outlet rolled pieces from the cold bed to the length of finished products.
