The Flying shear machine is arranged after the finishing mill of the bar and wire production line, and the rolled piece is cut into appropriate length according to the length of the cooling bed and the finished rolled piece.
The shear mechanism of Flying shear machine adopts the combined structure of crank and rotation. When the rolling speed is high and the section is small, the rotary shear arm is used to cut the rolling parts. When the rolling speed is low and the section is large, the crank shear arm is used to cut the rolling parts.
The rotary shear arm and crankshaft are connected with the crankshaft by expanding sleeve structure, which is quick to disassemble and assemble. The crank type shear arm makes the shear blade seat and the connecting rod into a component structure, which is connected with bolts with keys. When replacing, only the shear blade seat needs to be removed, and the connecting rod pin is fixed on the box with a pin, making it fast and convenient to replace.
