Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill

Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill is driven around the main shaft by two parallel AC servo motors driven by multiple bevel gears,which ensures that the saw blade is always perpendicular to the rolling line. The rotation of the saw blade is driven by a separate motor. The guide wheel is installed on the main shaft of the Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill. The Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill synchronizes with the revolution of the sawing mechanism, and the saw blade is just opposite to the gap of the guide wheel at the sawing station.

The Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill uses PLC to control the whole action process, including cutting long steel pipe and cutting short steel pipe continuously. The two measuring wheels are located at the front and back of the saw, and there are hot metal inductors before and after the measuring wheel at the entrance, which can accurately measure the position of the end of the steel pipe. The first measuring wheel controls the cutting operation of the steel pipe, and the two measuring wheels can control the cutting operation of the tail,which ensures that the Hot Flying Saw in rolling mill can accurately adapt to the length requirements of cutting and measuring the steel pipe in the process of advancing.
